A Fig Story [2023] is a short film about an actor on a set refusing to do a kiss for personal reasons. This set involved an entire garden to be made inside of a studio. I helped Lucy build the foam tree and construct the set. I was then on set with her to assist with dressing and prop making. This was the largest scale set I had helped with at the time and was an education in what was possible. Working with Lucy also gave me valuable insights and knowledge into the industry and the Art Department as a whole.
